The product here you are suggesting is quite well known, and is a fairly decent product. I personally prefer a different product, but I will not go promoting it on your website.
The tip about avoiding your ex does work in some cases, but only to a point. You still have to make sure your ex notices you, otherwise they may not even think about you at all, especially if they are the ones that broke of the relationship. But you cannot be all over them, or you're right,they will try to avoid you and you will never get them back.
